Ljubinka has extensive experience in corporate reorganizations and HR restructurings including mass redundancies and layoffs, turnarounds, transfer of employees and trade union relationships and collective negotiations. Ljubinka holds a law degree from University of Belgrade, Faculty of Laws. She is fluent in English and Serbian.
